I specialise in litigation and is responsible for a mixture of both personal injury and property damage claims for insurers, self-insured clients and local government bodies.
She provides advice to clients in respect of indemnity, liability, quantum and causation and takes a pragmatic approach to file handling in an attempt to minimise costs. She is conscious of the commercial constraints facing clients and mindful of this whilst handling files on their behalf.
