I specialise in defendant clinical negligence, having worked with NHS Resolution and a number of UK Trusts for several years.
I have experience of handling a wide range of complex claims including spinal injury, amputation, orthopaedic and obstetric cases. I also have experience of cases involving fundamental dishonesty and complex human rights issues.
I have provided a number of training sessions on various topics relating to the investigation of claims and the litigation process and am experienced in supporting clinicians throughout the claims process.
