I am a public and regulatory lawyer acting for and advising organisations in relation to their statutory functions and obligations, decision-making, policies and public law challenges, in both the litigation and advisory contexts. My clients include professional regulators, a wide range of public bodies including local authorities and ombudsmen, charities and private sector clients.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan, my previous experience also consists of acting for claimants in judicial review proceedings, inquests and public inquiries, housing and proceedings in the Court of Protection.
