• I am a commercial property lawyer with 20 years’ experience. My practice involves leading the Leeds commercial property team on various aspects of commercial property work including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and  disposals, property finance, property development, investment property portfolios and high value and complex residential  transactions.

I work for a number of local and national clients including companies, individuals and banks, and I advise mainly on secured lending transactions ranging from bridging funding, development funding, refinancing and portfolio refinances and I work closely with clients to ensure their financial and commercial goals are met. I also undertake work on behalf of a number of residential developers dealing with the transaction from site acquisition, implementing the legal aspects of development funding, estate set up and plot disposals.

I am thorough in the due diligence and risk-management aspects of my work and partner with my clients to strategise their transactions.

Lyndon Campbell, is a very driven individual. I have complete confidence in his abilities and have relied on his advice and valued opinion for many years, I especially appreciate his down to earth and friendly personality.
