• I lead the firm's Property team in the Midlands and am primarily focused on large scale development schemes and mixed use regeneration schemes. I have particular knowledge and expertise in acting on the interaction between real estate, the procurement regulations, state aid, the need for best consideration and the planning regime. My clients include local authorities, government bodies, universities and joint venture partnerships.

    • Advising the London Borough of Haringey on the Development Agreement and Strategic Collaboration in relation to the phased development of Tottenham Hale by Argent Related delivering 800 homes, shops, cafes, restaurants and community facilities.
    • Acting for the London Borough of Brent in relation to Phase 2 of the regeneration of South Kilburn including the now completed Queen's Park Place and Kilburn Quarter.
    • Advising the Homes and Communities Agency on the East Cowes regeneration scheme to include the provision of a marina with ancillary residential, commercial, retail and hotel including the retention of the iconic Columbine building.
    • Advising Watford Health Campus Partnership LLP, a joint venture vehicle comprising Watford Council and Kier Project Developments to deliver the £350 million phased mixed use development of land adjacent to the proposed Metropolitan Line Extension.
