• I am a senior associate lawyer in the Energy and Resource Management team. Before joining Bevan Brittan I specialised in advising both private and public sector clients on non-contentious construction issues for over ten years. I also enjoyed a period working as legal counsel in the Welsh Assembly and have also gained experience assisting public sector clients on a variety of procurement, grant funding and commercial income generation initiatives.

I have acted for a broad range of local authorities in England and Wales as well as the Welsh Assembly, NHS trusts, healthcare and education providers, housing associations and lending institutions as well as commercial organisations in the construction and energy sector.

    • Acting for a consortium of national house builders developing a two form entry school on brownfield land in South Wales
    • Advising a major port authority on the construction of a hotel as part of a wider waterfront redevelopment
    • Providing advice to a Welsh housing association on a £25m/two-stage tender strategy redevelopment/housing scheme
    • Acting for a renewable energy company on a prototype tidal energy project
