I am a commercial and public lawyer (New Zealand qualified) with a particular focus on subsidy control law.
I support and advise clients on the provision of financial assistance by public authorities, compliance with the UK subsidy control regime and the UK’s international obligations in respect of subsidies more generally. I also advise both public and private sector organisations in relation to the preparation of grant funding agreements.
I have worked in both the public and private sectors, most recently as an in-house lawyer for central government in New Zealand and the UK.
