I am a commercial and projects lawyer advising on infrastructure projects in a number of sectors including energy and waste, with a particular focus on the commercial aspects of PPP arrangements. I advise across the lifespan of projects, from initial assessment and structuring, through to implementation, variations and terminations and decommissioning.
My clients include public sector bodies, investors, funders and corporates.
I have over 20 years of infrastructure experience, and I was previously also senior legal counsel at the Organising Committee for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
