  • As part of our week-long series of key legal developments in 2021 (as well as looking forward to 2022), we focused on commercial and projects. We looked at the House of Commons PAC report on the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, the future of smart contracts, and a review of case law on liquidated damages, restrictive covenants and contractual limitation periods.

This series is designed to equip General Counsels, in-house legal teams and professionals dealing with risk and compliance issues, with topical insights across the spectrum of issues that are likely to be of most relevance and concern during the year to come.
