I am a solicitor in the Health & Care Regulatory team. I advise and represent a range of health and social care providers in contentious and non-contentious matters, including inquests and Court of Protection proceedings.
My clients include NHS trusts, NHS commissioners, local authorities and independent health and social care organisations.
Prior to qualification I worked as a healthcare assistant and as part of the internal legal team at a large charity providing mental healthcare services. This experience gave me a valuable insight into the delivery of front line care.
