I specialise in subsidy control, and also have a broad range of experience advising clients on grant funding agreements, commercial legal arrangements and procurement. I primarily advise local authorities, but also act for NHS trusts and contractors who work in the public sector. I worked in the contracts team of a large unitary authority for nearly ten years.
My in-house experience means that I appreciate the importance of giving timely and practical advice that takes into account the wider background to a matter, and helps clients achieve their objectives. With this in mind, I understand the importance of spending time at the start of a matter to make sure that I understand exactly what the priorities are and what commercial outcomes are required.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Edward Reynolds of Bevan Brittan. We had a very tight deadline to meet and the service provided was very prompt and efficient. Without their support our project would not have met the timescales required and funding would have been lost.
