• I am a property lawyer with over 19 years' experience working for residential developers and housing associations in relation to property matters. For the last nine years, I have worked almost exclusively for housing associations dealing with all aspects of property work including purchase of development land and dwellings (via s106 agreements or more complicated land transactions, such as golden brick agreements and sub-sales), stock transfers and commercial leases for office space either to let or for the housing associations own use.

I have extensive experience working for Housing Associations in relation to security work including private placement, bond issues and traditional security work.

I am also involved in joint venture agreements and local authority development work under the DPP2 Framework Agreement.

Recently I have been involved in Community Land Trusts.

    Seminars & Training

I run training seminars for the Housing Association on finance and s106 agreements.
