I joined Bevan Brittan in 2019 and work in a variety of areas, including Court of Protection, inquests and children and safeguarding matters. I also have experience in judicial reviews, civil proceedings and regulatory matters.
I have previously managed and co-ordinated disclosure of large quantities of complex documents and advised on the challenges which can arise from this. I acted as Solicitor to the Inquest in a very high profile inquest with a large number of interested persons.
I regularly act as an advocate and have appeared on behalf of a variety of clients in different Court proceedings. I am experienced in supporting witnesses, including those who may find proceedings to be challenging.
I have particular understanding of the primary care systems and processes. I have also worked with private health bodies, including cosmetic and dental practitioners.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan, I trained at a defendant healthcare law firm. Previously, I defended clinical negligence claims in a variety of different specialities for a number of different clients. I have also historically acted on behalf of claimants in civil proceedings.
I would in particular like to thank Lauren Howe for her hard work, professionalism, and dedication on my behalf. More so for her kindness and patience.
Your professionalism, lovely personalities and understanding of the challenges faced by [client] has made this matter much more tolerable!
