I provide practical and commercial-focused advice which takes into account relevant wider considerations/factors to better assist clients.
My work involves advising on the application of public procurement rules in tendering and modifying contracts as well as utilising exemptions contained within the. I provide advice and support on all stages of procurement processes including assisting with preparation of notices and drafting of procurement documentation under the Procurement Act 2023 and the previous regimes.
