  • The Procurement Act 2023 is expected to come into force in October 2024 and will bring significant change for entities bidding for public contracts or subject to the procurement rules. Fran Mussellwhite and Helen Feinson explored some of the key changes and look at the steps in-house teams should be taking to prepare.

    This session was of particular interest to all in-house legal and governance teams and anyone with responsibility for procurement.
