Bevan Brittan has brought together its expert legal and regulatory services advising on Brexit-related issues to create a new advisory service and information hub through which clients can access support and advice.

The firm’s Brexit Advisory Service will support companies across the UK as they prepare for and deal with the challenges and opportunities that Brexit may bring. The firm's new online Brexit information hub will help clients easily access the latest Brexit briefings on a range of subject areas.

Bevan Brittan has already provided advice and briefings to many businesses and public sector organisations across matters such as:

  • State Aid
  • Procurement
  • Commercial contracts
  • Supply chain management
  • Information law and data regulations
  • Workforce – including advice clinics for EU staff, the recruitment of skilled workers from outside the UK post-Brexit and retention clauses in employment contracts
  • Intellectual Property

With the UK-EU withdrawal negotiations potentially nearing completion and the UK’s future trading relationship with the EU beginning to be defined, organisations urgently need to identify the impacts on their specific business and assess the operational and strategic implications.

Adam Kendall, Head of Bevan Brittan’s litigation, advisory and regulatory department, said: “We have been advising many different businesses on aspects of Brexit ever since the Referendum back in 2016. Now that the country’s departure is imminent, organisations of all kinds need to truly step up their preparations and start making key decisions based on the best information available. Our legal and regulatory teams can help organisations with in-depth advice across multiple and interlinking subject areas. I also hope our new online hub will prove a useful resource for clients to access the guidance they need.”

Bevan Brittan will be regularly updating the Brexit Advisory Services online hub as future guidance and events are developed that will be of help to clients.
