Bevan Brittan LLP is a finalist for a duo of awards for its work in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) sector.  The firm has been shortlisted for two awards in the prestigious Partnerships Awards 2023:

  • Legal Advisor of the Year
  • Leading Woman in Infrastructure – Rosie Jago (Partner)

Several projects that Bevan Brittan has advised on are also up for awards within separate categories, including Rhondda Cynon Taf, Worthing Integrated Care Centre and Finchley Memorial Hospital, Community Diagnostic Centre.

These Awards have been running for over 20 years and are recognised internationally as celebrating the pinnacle of excellence in the PPP industry.

Bevan Brittan is a specialist legal advisor in the PPP and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) field with over 25 years’ experience.  The firm advises contractors, investors, developers, funders and the public sector on projects across the sector, including in infrastructure, health, education, blue light, social care, waste, energy and property regeneration.

In the last year, the firm’s award winning PPP team has advised on some market leading deals, including advising a leading UK resource management/energy company on their bid for the £2.1 billion Tees Valley Energy Recovery Facility PPP.  

The team is ranked by the legal directories, with client testimonials in the Legal 500 providing feedback such as a “Market leading team that understands the commercial realities of project finance/PFI in a manner that few others do”.

Rosie Jago leads Bevan Brittan’s work in procuring, funding and delivering infrastructure for the NHS and Local Government through PPPs and joint ventures. She has led on the design and delivery of some of the UK’s most innovative projects.  A major career highlight for Rosie last year was delivering the Welsh Education Partnership.  This is part of the 21st Century Schools and Colleges Programme - which is the largest strategic investment in educational infrastructure in Wales since the 1960s.
