I lead our Housing Development and Property team in the South West and specialise in large-scale development projects and housing schemes for housing associations and local authorities. My expertise covers the full gambit of property law work including acquisitions, disposals, developments and commercial leases.
I also work for other organisations such as health bodies, contractors and central government departments on development and regeneration schemes. My experience ranges from relatively straightforward conversions to those which involve new build development or complex sports and community facilities.
More generally, I act on development sales and acquisitions, and on the property aspects of PFI/PPP projects, particularly health and waste schemes.
Education projects form another key area of my practice, including the creation of Academies across the country.
She is technically very good and understands the sector very well.

I have run a number of seminars for clients on the Housing and Planning Act 2016, which introduced a raft of changes for social housing.
