I am a dispute resolution lawyer specialising in reputation management claims, (including defamation, harassment and privacy claims) and intellectual property disputes (including trade mark, copyright and design right infringement claims, breach of confidence claims and domain name disputes). I also have substantial experience in a wide range of commercial and contractual disputes including claims involving parties based outside the jurisdiction and multi-party disputes. I have acted for clients in applications for urgent injunctive relief including search orders.
I advise a variety of national and international organisations in a range of markets and I work with clients in the public, private and third sectors. My aim is always to resolve disputes in a way that ensures the solution reached is pragmatic, commercial and cost-effective, and the client's goals are achieved.
I have successfully concluded claims through negotiated settlement, mediation, summary judgment and at trial.
