Bevan Brittan continued its positive momentum by picking up its second award of 2021 at the Insider South West Property Awards.

The firm’s Property Team scooped the prestigious Law Firm of the Year award, with the judges singling out the firm for the scale and quality of its work, including a number of pro-bono projects over the last 12 months.

The win follows the firm’s success at the Bristol Property Awards 2020 in February, where it came out top in the Legal category.

And the latest positive news comes just days after the firm announced the arrival of new Legal Director Niamh Batterton to boost its construction and real estate offering nationally and recently Property Finance specialist Jessica Church in Bristol.

Commenting on the firm’s latest accolade, Partner and Head of the Bristol office at Bevan Brittan, Rosemary Jago, said: “Once again, the way we work with clients as a team using the skills and expertise of our Property and Construction Teams based in the South West and nationally, has been recognised.

“To pick up two property awards in the space of three months shows that our teams have exceptional market knowledge, apply commercial acumen to deliver our clients’ needs and our clients say we are good people to work with.

“What’s more, to be acknowledged for the pro bono work we do at Bevan Brittan is hugely satisfying. As a responsible business, we place great emphasis on supporting the communities in which we work and we are always looking for opportunities to contribute to worthy organisations and causes.”

Bevan Brittan has broadened its client portfolio over recent years to include sectors such as construction, higher education, financial services and energy and resource management, building on its established reputation in housing, local government and health and social care.
