Following a rigorous assessment that included interviews with people from each office and a review of our people processes, Bevan Brittan now joins the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who have achieved the Gold standard. This standard is only given to firms who can demonstrate excellence in developing and supporting their people and the firm needed to meet more than 162 evidence requirements standards that included leadership, commitment to the business strategy, personal development and social responsibility.
This is a great achievement for the firm. We would like to thank all those who participated in the process.
The feedback from our assessment is very positive, we do not take this for granted and we continue to welcome any suggestions for improvement.
