I am a Banking and Finance lawyer, undertaking a wide range of debt finance work, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, general corporate finance and re-financings, acting for borrowers, funders, banks and financial institutions.
I have experience in advising lenders and private and public companies on a wide range of complex transactions and funding matters. I advise clients on syndicated and bilateral loan facilities or credit facilities and security documentation.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan, I have worked within the Banking & Finance team of a US firm and international law firm. I am admitted to practice in England & Wales.
