I am a commercial property lawyer with over five years’ experience advising clients on a broad range of real estate transactions.
I assist housing associations and commercial entities on property matters including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters.
My experience includes carrying out title due diligence on development sites, reviewing and reporting on title deeds, searches and enquiries and preparing and negotiating transfers and contracts of freehold and leasehold land.
I also have extensive experience dealing with landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating new and renewal leases for retail, office and warehouse units and dealing with the associated documents.
