I assist registered providers of social housing with all aspects of housing management, however I have a particular focus on anti-social behaviour and housing disrepair.
Experience
I regularly provide assistance to RPs in the resolution of anti-social behaviour with a particular focus on injunction and possession claims (including accelerated possession claims and trespass).
I also have experience of issuing proceedings to deal with specific breaches of lease, such as rental arrears, failure to maintain property and access injunctions.
I also regularly deal with claims for housing disrepair – both pre-action and fully litigated – for a number of Housing Association and Local Authority landlords.
