I am a Solicitor in the Housing Management team. I have been acting for landlords for circa 4 years as a Paralegal and then as a Solicitor. I specialise in supporting and assisting landlords in all aspects of housing disrepair claims, both pre and post litigation and some leasehold disrepair claims. I also assist with and advise on anti-social behaviour, access and garden condition injunctions.
I act for a wide range of social landlords, including local authorities and housing associations, providing practical and prompt advice tailored to each matter on a case by case basis.
I also have experience with advocacy and have represented landlords at Case Management and Allocation Hearings.
