Annette Parker

• I am a healthcare lawyer within our Health & Care - Resolution & Regulatory department. My role involves preparing, supporting and representing Acute Trusts, Foundation Trusts, Mental Health Partnerships, CCGs and other organisations at Inquests and in the Court of Protection in relation to complex mental capacity and best interests cases. I am a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings) which allows me to represent clients before High Court Judges in the Court of Protection and the High Court.

  I also assist Trusts in dealing with vexatious complainants and aggressive service users and provide other general healthcare advice.
