I specialise in clinical negligence/ medical malpractice claims and advise clients on claims brought against them ranging from high value brain and spinal injury claims, to claims involving nursing and out of hours health centres. I also have an extensive cosmetic surgery caseload. The majority of my work is for NHS Trusts, independent health insurers and their insured clients.
I have experience advising clients at every stage in the life of a clinical negligence claim, from early investigations and settlement through to trial. I have had several trial successes in which claims where either dismissed or discontinued shortly before a trial took place. I work with my clients to ensure claims are resolved justly (including robust defence where appropriate) and proportionately.
