I am an experienced civil litigation solicitor, specialising in housing management. I have acted on behalf of local authorities in relation to various matters, such as housing disrepair claims, possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, breaches of tenancy, prosecutions, and judicial reviews. I also have experience of assisting clients with Inquests.
I have experience of matters proceeding in the County Court, High Court, and the Court of Appeal. I am an experienced advocate, representing clients in the County Court and Magistrates’ Court.
I also have experience of assisting clients with alternative dispute resolution, such as joint settlement meetings and mediation.
