I am a Chartered Legal Executive, with over 10 years’ experience specialising in property transactions.
My work includes sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties for investors, companies, and local authorities. I also deal with auction properties, and the residential elements of larger mixed portfolio transactions.
Prior to joining Bevan Brittan I dealt with all aspects of residential property transactions for both private individuals and companies, and have also acted on behalf of major lenders in respect of their separate representation work.
