I am a licensed conveyancer of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and am a legal assistant within our Property department. I have 15 years' experience in advising on property transactions to a range of clients that include housing associations, local authorities and independent companies. I have previous experience working on behalf of individuals, national and regional developers and LPA Receivers.
My work includes dealing with disposals of new build properties on various developments, shared ownership disposals, plot sales, staircasing, Right to Buys, Rights to Acquire, disposals of land and auction sales.
