• I am the Director of Knowledge and a member of the Bevan Brittan Board, where I champion the strategic use of knowledge as a catalyst for growth, innovation, and client excellence. My mission is to reimagine how knowledge fuels innovation across the firm—unlocking smarter ways of working, accelerating efficiency, and elevating the delivery of outstanding legal services.

With over 25 years’ experience in leading-edge legal environments, I began my career as a Solicitor and have since held senior positions at the intersection of knowledge, technology, and innovation—including Head of Innovation & Client Solutions. I have built and led multi-disciplinary teams including knowledge & innovation specialists, technologists, change managers, legal project managers, apprentices, and paralegals—driving positive outcomes for our clients through a dynamic blend of expertise, creativity, and agility.

I hold a postgraduate qualification in know-how management and an MBA in law firm management, equipping me with the vision and capability to transform knowledge into a strategic asset that drives competitive advantage and redefines what clients can expect from a modern law firm.
