Sam is a Legal Director in the Banking and Finance team, based in our Bristol office.
Sam has over a decade of experience of acting for lenders and corporate borrowers on a broad range of financings - of both a domestic and multi-jurisdictional nature, whether secured or unsecured, on a bilateral or syndicated basis. His main areas of focus are corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance.
Sam trained at a Magic Circle firm and has practised at an international City firm and an award-winning National firm. During his career, he has also spent time on secondment to two major UK clearing banks and a hedge fund.
