Sam is a Legal Director in the Banking and Finance team, based in our Bristol office.
He acts for lenders and corporate borrowers on financings of both a domestic and multi-jurisdictional nature, whether on a bilateral or syndicated basis. His main areas of focus are corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance.
Sam trained at a Magic Circle firm and has practised at an international City firm and an award-winning National firm.
During his career, Sam has also spent time on secondment to two major UK clearing banks as well as a hedge fund.
