I am a solicitor in the Housing team and specialise in property finance and development.
I act for both Registered Providers, and lenders in securitisation transactions. I have extensive experience in working on security transactions of large scale property portfolios as well as working with Registered Providers on rolling programmes of stock rationalisation in preparation for security transactions.
I also act on development transactions, and deal with all areas of the transaction including negotiating the development agreement, advising on associated planning and Section 106 Agreements, title investigation and negotiating any statutory agreements required post completion.
