The new standard form OJEU notices have now been published. They are set out in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1986 which comes into force on 2 December 2015.
There are 25 standard form notices, covering the public sector, utilities sector and concessions.
It is worth noting that there is a new 'Modification notice' (Standard form 20/Annex XVII) for use where there is a requirement under Regulation 72 to advertise a change to a concluded contract.
There is also a specific notice for light touch regime services (Standard form 21/Annex XVIII - for public sector purchasers)
