    We are delighted to announce our in-person Medico-Legal Experts Conference, taking place at the Law Society Hall, London, on Wednesday 11 March 2026.

    Medico-legal experts play a vital role within the healthcare and justice system, and demand for well-reasoned expert opinion continues to grow.

    This event will bring together new and experienced experts and legal professionals from across the field to explore key aspects of medico-legal practice and offer practical insights on expert witness work.

    Hghlights include:

    • A keynote address from Simon Hammond, Executive Director of Claims at NHS Resolution
    • The claimant perspective – Sharon Allison, Chair of the Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers and Head of Medical Injury at Ashtons Legal
    • Going to trial – guidance from leading counsel John Whitting KC, 1 Crown Office Row
    • A live expert cross-examination -  simulating the courtroom experience
    • An opportunity to network with peers and other industry professionals – to ask questions and share views
