Leading national law firm Bevan Brittan has published its first-ever Responsible Business Report - a key milestone in its ongoing commitment to being a responsible and sustainable organisation.

At the core of the business's continued growth and success is its Responsible Business Programme, founded on four strategic pillars - environmental sustainability, community engagement, equality, diversity, and inclusion, and wellbeing - all underpinned by robust governance.

Over the past year, Bevan Brittan has strengthened its commitment to responsible business by investing in a dedicated Responsible Business team and expanding the initiatives that make a real difference to its people, clients and communities.

The inaugural report showcases the firm's progress across these key areas, as well as highlighting its valued partnerships with clients to help them achieve their own environmental, social and governance objectives.

Duncan Weir, Managing Partner, said; "Our Responsible Business Programme is central to who we are and how we grow as a business. We are making meaningful progress and have this year strengthened our focus by investing in a dedicated Responsible Business team and all the initiatives highlighted in this report.

"I want to thank our people for their passion, dedication and leadership in driving this important agenda forward. Together, we are shaping a business that creates lasting, positive impact and sets the course for our next five years of growth and evolution."

Judith Hopper, Partner and Board Lead for Responsible Business added: "I am proud to introduce our inaugural Responsible Business Report. It highlights our collective achievements and the areas where we are pushing further. We know there is always more to do – and we are committed to keep listening, learning and working to turn our pledges into progress."

The publication of this first Responsible Business Report reflects Bevan Brittan's ambition to embed responsibility at every level of its operations - ensuring long-term, sustainable growth that benefits its people, clients and communities alike.
