• As Bevan Brittan’s Managing Partner, I am responsible for leading the Board and the firm and for developing and delivering our strategy.

    Our strategic vision is to be seen by our clients and within the markets within which we operate, as the national law firm of choice for those operating in the public, private and third sectors. As such, we aim to be known as both the leading public services law firm for public sector clients, third sector clients and private sector clients working within the public services markets and also as a law firm of choice for those operating solely in the private sector.

    Our focus is on our clients – we excel in both the technical and commercial aspects of our advice as a result of the quality of our people and our systems and as a result of a market leading understanding of the sectors in which we operate. Our national spread of office locations and our adoption of new ways of working create both physical and virtual accessibility of our firm to our clients and enable excellent client care.

    My responsibilities encompass managing the firm’s legal and business services functions and the provision and delivery of Bevan Brittan's services, business and financial planning. In doing so, the firm’s ethos and ethical responsibility is something I take extremely seriously.  My work involves ensuring that we are fully compliant with the obligations and demands of our regulators, our funders and our clients, who trust us to deliver expert legal advice. But also to think wider than just our firm and as such Bevan Brittan is committed to the delivery of our Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity programme.  I am proud to lead our initiatives in these areas and the Board and I have ongoing plans for their continued development.
