I am a Solicitor in the firm’s Property Team, specialising in Property Litigation and Disputes. I regularly assist clients in solving property-related issues through commercial and cost-effective methods. I primarily deal with disputes relating to business tenancy renewals, break options, trespass, possession claims, forfeiture and dilapidations. I have litigation experience in both the County Court and High Court. However, my work also frequently involves providing initial risk management advice, to help clients resolve potential disputes commercially and at an early stage.
