I specialise in defendant clinical negligence and defend a broad range of claims on behalf of NHS Resolution, acting mainly for South West NHS Trusts and primary care providers. I advise clients in a variety of high value and complex clinical negligence claims including spinal, neurological, amputation, oncology and surgical claims.
I joined the Health & Care – Resolution & Regulatory department at Bevan Brittan in June 2024 from NWSSP Legal & Risk Services where she was a senior solicitor in the clinical negligence department. As well as defending Welsh NHS Health Bodies in a range of high value and complex clinical negligence claims, she also represented Health Bodies at inquests, and was heavily involved in providing advice to Welsh Health Bodies involved in the UK Covid-19 Public Inquiry.
