I have over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate sector.
I act for developers, funders, investors and operators on a wide range of real estate transactions, particularly within the Living sector.
I have lengthy experience in purpose built student accommodation schemes and lead our Living sector market focus group across the firm, which also cover a wider range of disciplines including BTR and co-living schemes.
I regularly advise investors on their acquisition programmes and have experience in a variety of asset classes including office and industrial, whilst also working on new development projects with my clients.

- I act for a Hong Kong family office on the acquisition and funding arrangements for an office property portfolio spanning the UK with locations in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield. In addition I act on a wide variety of asset management transactions including disposals, leases, conditional agreements for lease, licence agreements and the usual landlord and tenant work deriving from such instructions.
- Acting for a major lender on development and investment financing arrangements for PBSA and BTR schemes across the country encompassing thousands of bed spaces and with an aggregate value in excess of £500m.
- I act for a developer and investor of varied asset classes with the recent completion of the sale of a consent Manchester site for the construction of a new 260+ bed purpose built student accommodation scheme.
- Acting for a regional construction and development company on their acquisition and development of a 7 acre mixed use commercial site adjoining a new major housing development, the scheme will provide commercial retail and warehousing space. I advised a world-renowned publishing company on the lease of their head office in central London.
- Acting for a Bristol based bespoke PBSA operator on their portfolio of properties throughout the city comprising student accommodation, serviced apartments and their commercial lets.
- I act for a Living sector developer on the acquisition, planning, construction of a Bristol city centre site for redevelopment as a PBSA scheme with a GDV in excess of £30m.
