I am a solicitor in the Housing Finance Team, specialising in the property aspects of social housing finance transactions. I act for Registered Providers on the charging of large property portfolio in connection with private placements, direct charging, bond issues and refinancing transactions, with particular expertise in due diligence and rectification exercises to maximise the value of housing stock.
I also have experience acting for lenders, which gives me a well-rounded perspective of the sector and the charging process. Before joining Bevan Brittan, I gained valuable experience in housing development and housing infrastructure projects.
