I often provide specialist advice on issues such as rent review, services charges, the Right to Buy, succession and, compliance with housing legislation and guidance.
My clients include registered and non-registered providers such as housing associations, local authorities and charities.
I have gained extensive experience in this field having worked in the sector within a dedicated housing management team for a number of years previously.
