I am an Employment lawyer. I act for clients involved in Employment Tribunal Litigation and I am experienced in dealing with a broad range of issues including automatic and ordinary unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, constructive dismissal, maternity and pregnancy discrimination, protected disclosures and health and safety detriment.
I also provide day to day HR support, together with preparing and providing contracts and policies and advising on dismissal and redundancy procedures. I am also involved in corporate support due diligence and regularly advise client’s on their obligations and potential liabilities under TUPE. I have experience in preparing settlement agreements and effectively managing and negotiating executive terminations.
My clients include NHS trusts and private healthcare providers.
I have previous experience delivering internal training for clients together with external webinars on various topics including TUPE, investigations, HR inductions and managing Covid-19 related employment issues in the work place.
