I am a commercial property lawyer and advise a wide range of clients, including those within the healthcare sector.
I advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including high-value freehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, property portfolio and asset management, development work and joint venture agreements. My experience also includes dealing with the property aspects of corporate transactions, secured lending/refinancing and projects work.
I currently act on behalf of NHS Property Services and other healthcare organisations, providing pragmatic legal advice in relation to a wide range of transactions.
