Our solution
Smart portal with clear management information
We created and embedded a secure housing disrepair management portal, enabling in-house teams to work seamlessly with our lawyers to defend claims quickly and efficiently.
The portal enables clients to manage high volumes of claims with functionality including a case tracker, critical action log and interactive dashboards to view and monitor settlements and financial details throughout the life of the case. Automated reminders ensure deadlines and actions are flagged, giving the client a case management system of their own.
Multiple clients now have our new smart portal as part of our new client on-boarding process.
