The Procurement Bill was introduced on 11 May 2022 and is currently going through the parliamentary process. We have been publishing a series of Procurement Bill Bytes to take a detailed look at some of the issues and draw out some of the key changes that contracting authorities and suppliers need to get to grips with.
Throughout the series we have been interested in your thoughts on how these reforms will affect you and were particularly keen to hear your questions. On 28th September we held a Q&A webinar, where we answered audience questions that had been raised to us.
