I am a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer specialising in public procurement. I act both for bidders and contracting authorities across a wide range of sectors.
I am experienced in advising on how disputes can be avoided or, when that is not possible, how they can be resolved through negotiation, mediation or litigation. I have been involved in several reported procurement litigation cases addressing complex or novel issues of procurement law.
I also have experience of advising on judicial reviews involving issues such as the configuration of health services and challenges to healthcare funding assessments and of assisting clients in resolving commercial disputes.
I am a member of the Procurement Lawyers Association.
