Leading commercial law firm Bevan Brittan has further expanded its Energy and Resource Management Group, welcoming three new senior specialists to support the firm’s continued growth in these rapidly developing sectors.
These new appointments come at an exciting time for the firm, following Energy and Resource Management being recognised as the firm’s top growth market in its latest set of financial results.
Legal Director, Mo Olajide who will be based in Bristol, joins from TLT. Mo is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in complex public procurements, PPPs and public law. She has over 20 years’ experience of advising local authority and Government clients, including a 5-year secondment with the North London Waste Authority.
Mo will be joined by two new Senior Associates; Henry Mayman and Sarah Manfredi. They will be based at Bristol and Leeds respectively.
Henry, previously of Michelmores, is a projects lawyer with over 10 years’ experience of advising developers, sponsors and fund managers on major infrastructure projects and PPPs, including in the hydro, gas and social accommodation sectors.
Sarah, previously of Pinsent Masons, is a projects lawyer with expertise in joint ventures, project structuring and PPPs, including in the hydrogen, electrical infrastructure and housing sectors.
In addition to the trio of new hires, the team also welcomes Abdul Raheem as a newly qualified Solicitor into the Bristol office. He joins having recently completed a secondment at Equans UK, a leading provider of low carbon energy and services.
