I am a solicitor specialising in commercial property, with a particular focus on asset management, landlord and tenant matters and property disposals. I work with a variety of clients boasting diverse and extensive property portfolios, primarily across the public and third sectors, including Canal & River Trust, Historic England and a number of Local Authorities. My work includes advising on a range of commercial property transactions, from carrying out large scale due diligence exercises and title reporting to drafting and negotiating leases, transfers, licences and other property-related agreements.
I take a commercial and collaborative approach to my work, building strong relationships with clients to understand their objects and provide clear, practical advice. I am also committed to undertaking pro bono work and supporting my local community.
