• I am a housing management lawyer and a member of the firm’s Housing Management Team. I specialise in all aspects of housing management including anti-social behaviour and disrepair and regularly handle complex matters raising defences and issues under the Equality Act 2010. I have also advised on illegal occupancy, trespass, succession issues, housing minors, supported accommodation and homelessness. Having practiced in Wales for over 20 years I have particular expertise in navigating the wholesale changes brought in by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 on 1 December 2022.

I have worked in the social housing sector my entire career and spent some time as an in-house solicitor for a Welsh Local Authority.  My time at the Local Authority gave me a real insight into the challenges and needs of social housing providers which has helped me tailor advice and solutions for clients.

I am an experienced advocate regularly representing clients in the County Court in relation to injunctions, committals and possession claims. I am an accomplished trainer having provided an array of training to clients as well as speaking at various sector focused conferences and events.

Bethan Gladwyn stands out as a leading expert in housing law. She is trusted to provide us with a pragmatic approach.
